Corporal Travis Moser with the Rock Springs Police Department will be discussing what to watch for and trends that affect employment. By the end of the course, the participants will know the following:
1- A definition of Probable Cause and how it pertains to Law Enforcement and the professional workplace
2- Signs of drug use, both what it looks like and the paraphernalia associated with it
3- The trends of drug use in the area
