Trevor Mansfield with the Dept. of Workforce Services-Workers' Comp Division will present and address various functional areas and areas of competency, such as; Risk Management (safety assessment), Business management and Strategy (the actions of today will reflect the EMR of tomorrow), Compensation and Benefits and Employment law/regulations (understanding the 2017 EMR, which effects the premimum rates of employers), Workforce Development (safe practices will help to lower the EMR).
