Presenter Bio's:
Kelly Brink, PHR, SHRM-CP
Human Resource Professional with over 23 years of progressive human resource experience including employee relations, staffing, internal consulting, conflict resolution, employee development, and change management. She is able to collaborate with all levels of management in strategic planning to support and further company goals and manage and implement projects. Kelly has proven experience in labor and employment law including conducting internal investigations and coaching all levels to resolve issues and avoid legal action. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and is currently an HR Consultant through K Consulting LLC.
Jennifer Baker, CSP
Certified Staffing Professional with over 17 years of personalized career planning, training, and placement experience. Her background includes analysis of the labor markets and industry trends which influence educational needs and future employment opportunities. In her current role, she supports businesses with recruiting, pre-employment screening and compliance. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business and is currently the Branch Manager at Elwood Staffing
