Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace presented by Cammie Pollastro, Assessment Coordinator & Research Analyst (WWCC).
Participants will gain an understanding of Emotional Intelligence and their individual ability to recognize emotions and actions in themselves and others. A success model for Emotional Intelligence will be presented along with applicable techniques for incorporating principles of Emotional Intelligence into your workplace.
