    We are now a full year into the Covid “Effect”. How is it affecting your organization, your employees, and yourself as the HR professional? There are many common COVID impacts such as how employees manage their time when they are supposed to be at work. How does an employer balance “seat time” and accountability for results? Or…how to keep a group connected when all you’ve seen of each other is via a computer screen or in person always masked. This session covers topics about how to balance accountability, connection, and time management in this continuing virtual world. Megara will discuss some helpful hints and answer any questions you bring to the session.
