    Conflict in the workplace takes many forms with a spectrum of impacts from beneficial to harmful to illegal. There are indicators that suggest increasing levels of unproductive conflict are impacting many workplaces. To understand why, and what employers and HR professionals can do, this presentation will use findings from research studies and surveys to identify practical action steps to effectively manage and resolve conflict in the workplace.

    This presentation will be held at WWCC room #3650A, 3650B.  This education will be eligible for 1 hour of SHRM and HRCI Certification Credit.
