Join presenter Angela Baylis, Director of Culture, Engagement, & Inclusion, J.R. Simplot Company as she provides a review of generational differences focused on data-driven answers to why we might see certain behaviors- why do millennials job hop? Why are Boomers retiring later? What is causing some of the Gen Z behaviors we see in the workplace? This session uses extensive data to provide recommendations and tools which can allow for more harmonious work between all generations currently represented in the workplace.
This presentation will be eligible for 1 hours of SHRM and HRCI Certification Credit. Seminar cost of $16 for Members $21 for Non-members.
