New HDHRA Legislative Affairs Director

High Desert HRA is pleased to announce and welcome Troy Archuleta as our newest Board Member as our Legislative Affairs Director.  Troy is an Academic Coordinator for the University of Wyoming and has over 20 years in higher education and public administration.  He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration and also serves on the Board of Trustees for Western Wyoming Community College.  Troy is excited to join our group of HR professionals, and will be a great asset to our team.
