Trooper Barry Tippy

Trooper Tippy works with the Wyoming Highway Patrol and is the K-9 coordinator for the organization.  He is also the President of the Wyoming Highway Patrol Association and brings years of experience to this presentation.  

Participants will receive an overview of the steps involved in recruiting talent to ensure they are hiring the most qualified employees that are the best fit in their organization including a positive onboarding process that leads to retention.
